Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope and Definitions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and services by Longtao CNC (hereinafter referred to as “Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer,” “you,” or “your”).
1.2. “Products” refer to the machine tools, machinery parts, and forklifts offered for sale on https://www.longtaocnc.com/. “Services” include but are not limited to installation, calibration, maintenance, repair, and technical support services .
1.3. These Terms, together with the accepted order or quotation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by the Buyer are void unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller.

2. Prices and Payment
2.1. Prices are as quoted on our website or in a formal quotation. Prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and insurance costs, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of delivery or services .

3. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
3.1. Any delivery times provided are estimates only. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3.2. Delivery is considered completed, and the risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer, when the Products are handed over to the carrier or upon delivery to the Buyer’s specified address .
3.3. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Products upon delivery and must note any visible damage or discrepancies on the carrier’s bill of lading and notify the Seller immediately.

4. Inspection and Acceptance
4.1. The Buyer shall inspect the Products upon receipt.
4.2. For performance and quality, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of any non-conformity within a reasonable period, not to exceed 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods. Absent such notification, the Products will be deemed accepted 

GOVERNING LAW- These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain
